Operations

We have two fully integrated factories :

- Spread over an area of 2,000 sq. meters.

This factory specializes in casual wear products. It is geared to handle basic jeans, casual stylized bottoms and worker pants. This unit also makes overalls, casual jackets & casual shirts, with medium to heavy weight fabrics.

The factory is equipped with machines like automatic decorative stitching (AMS - 20) for patch pockets, automatic loop attaching, programmable bartack machines and welt pocketing machines besides other basic machinery.

- Spread over 2,000 sq meters

The factory is equipped with machines like welt pocketing machines, monogram making and other staple machinery for producing quality formal bottoms.

The plant also manufacturers chinos and is flexible to handle more casual styles, with light to medium weight fabrics.

OUR SUPPORT SYSTEM

Marketing :
Regular visits to USA, Europe, the Middle East and other parts of the globe has kept us update with latest trends, thus enabling us to predict future trends and doing the necessary R&D in advance.

Merchandising :
With an exceptional team of merchandisers, we have successfully kept our commitments and buyers expectations with service and flexibility. Problems are foreseen and highlighted immediately and solved through experience and discussions with clients

The Purchase Department :
Equipped with internal network of computer, on time raw materials are provided for smooth flow of production. Both local and import sourcing is done. We also work with buyers appointed Suppliers.

QA Department :
They support and report on production. The buyer's closest aides'!
Activities include Fabric Inspection, Sample Inspection, Pre Production Inspections, In-process Sewing Inspection, Audit - Finishing and Final Random Inspection.

OUR SUPPORT SYSTEM

The Pattern Cell :
Fully computerized and equipped with Lectra System for pattern grading and marker making. We are able to make precise patterns to make our garments fit perfectly.

Sampling Room :
A centralized sampling department. It is our mini factory ! All the product developments, trials and fitting test on dummies are done here before production

Export Warehouse :
We are proud of spacious and organized warehouse, which is an excellent point to bid farewell to our products. We can handle both regular as well as hanging containers

Shipping And Documentation :
This departments never lets us sink ! All import and export related activities are well taken care of here

Washing Plant : The plant has its own laundry set up. Thus, it offers various types of washes like stone wash, sand blasting, enzyme wash, sand wash, used look, destroy effect, tinting, stone bleach, Crinkle effect, and hand scraping, etc.,
Each factory is equipped with complete facilities from them to carry out the orders without compromising on quality. The facilities include its own cutting room, pressing, finishing and a packing set up
