Furthermore, the Company is committed to continuously improving its personnel policy. All personnel policies and Social Policy are available for review at The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) . The Social Policy Statement is given to employees during the orientation of new employees. In addition, a complete Social Policy is reviewed with all employees during the orientation of new employees..

Bali Nirwana Garments shall establish and maintain procedures to communicate regularly to all interested parties data and other information regarding performance against the requirements of the social standard, including, but not limited to, the results of management reviews and monitoring activities.
